This app is a prayer book. It works fully offline, requires no account, and never asks for your name, email, or location. Your prayers, favorites, and progress stay on your device. The free version shows advertisements provided by Google AdMob, which is the only part of the app that involves data collection — described below.
Your favorites, prayer progress (for example, which Rosary bead you are on), any prayers you write yourself, and your settings (theme, fonts) are stored only on your device. If you use Backup & Restore, a backup file is created and saved wherever you choose (such as your own Google Drive or email). We never receive or see this data.
On iPhone and iPad, these same items also stay in sync automatically through your own iCloud (Apple's key-value storage, tied to your Apple ID), so your prayers follow you across your Apple devices and return after a reinstall. This sync happens entirely between your device and Apple — it never passes through us, and we cannot read it.
If you set prayer reminders, the reminder times are stored only on your device and the notifications are generated locally by your phone. Nothing about your reminders ever leaves your device.
The optional Read Aloud feature speaks prayers using your device's own text-to-speech engine (for example Apple's, Google's, or Amazon's speech service). The app passes the prayer text to that engine on your device; depending on your device's settings, the engine may synthesize some voices online under its provider's privacy policy. The app itself never sends any text or audio to us, and Read Aloud only runs when you tap the speaker button.
The free version shows banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded-video ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect device information such as the advertising identifier (AAID/IDFA), IP address, and general device data, as described in Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's data practices. Where required (for example, in the European Economic Area and the UK), you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and you may choose non-personalized ads. On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt additionally lets you decline ad tracking before any is attempted; you can change that choice anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.
Purchasing Remove Ads, or watching a rewarded video (2 hours ad-free), removes or pauses all advertising — and with it, all ad-related data collection.
Where purchases are offered, the one-time Remove Ads purchase and the optional Support the Developer gifts are processed entirely by the store you installed the app from (Google Play, or the Apple App Store on iOS). We never see your payment details. The app only stores a local record that Remove Ads was purchased, so ads stay removed. The Amazon Appstore edition currently offers no purchases at all.
The app is suitable for all ages but is not specifically directed at children. Advertising is configured through Google AdMob's standard family-safety controls.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
