Quoice — Terms of Use

Effective: 31 July 2026

By using Quoice (“the app”) you agree to these terms.

What the app is

Quoice is a tool for creating quotes, invoices, and payment receipts. It stores your data on your own device and works offline.

Trial and purchase

The app is free to try for 7 days of full functionality, starting when you save your first document. After the trial, creating new documents requires a one-time purchase made through Google Play or the Apple App Store, depending on your device. It is not a subscription. The purchase is tied to the Google account or Apple ID that bought it and covers your own devices signed into that account. Documents you already created remain viewable and shareable without a purchase.

Your documents and your obligations

Quoice creates documents; you are responsible for your own tax registration and obligations. The app does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice, and its documents are not certified or government-issued receipts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you create and send, and for complying with the invoicing and record-keeping rules that apply to your business and location.

Your data

Your data lives on your device. You are responsible for making and keeping backups (the app provides a backup feature and reminders). We cannot recover data from a lost, broken, or wiped device — we never had it.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the app to create fraudulent or misleading documents.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Changes

Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
